After purchase, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange everything based on the option you selected at checkout.

You will be able to choose from the following services:

🔁 Option 1 – Part Exchange Service (Fastest Option)

We offer a ready-wrapped exchange service for 2017–2024 Audi A5 models.

We keep a full set of pre-wrapped Alcantara trims in stock, allowing for a fast swap with minimal downtime.

You can:

• Swap & collect in person (HD4, Huddersfield)
  Bring your original trims and leave with a pre-wrapped set the same day

OR

• Send your original trims to us
  Once received, we dispatch your pre-wrapped set within 24 hours

Important: Your original trims will be inspected before the exchange is completed. Trims must be genuine, complete, and in reusable condition, with no significant damage such as cracks, broken clips, missing sections, or previous repairs that could affect future use. If your trims do not meet our exchange requirements, we will contact you before proceeding and the exchange may be declined or an additional charge may apply.

• Post your trims to us or drop them off in Huddersfield (HD4)
• We professionally wrap your trims and return them to you
• If posted, turnaround is typically 48 hours from receipt
• If dropped off in person, turnaround is usually 2–4 hours same day

Return postage:

• UK: £20
• International: £50

🛠 Option 3 – Wrap + Fitting Service (HD4 Only)

• Available for customers visiting Huddersfield (HD4)
• We remove, wrap, and refit your trims
• Booked by appointment for a same-day service
