How it works

After purchase, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange everything based on the service selected at checkout.

🔁 Part Exchange – By Post

Our part exchange service allows you to send us your original trims and receive a pre-wrapped Alcantara replacement set.

Simply post your original trims to us. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch your pre-wrapped replacement set, normally within 24 hours.

This means you don’t have to wait for your own trims to be wrapped — you simply receive the Alcantara set and fit it to your vehicle.

Quattro models are also catered for. If your Audi has “quattro” written on the dashboard trim, we will supply the correct Quattro Alcantara dashboard trim as part of the exchange.

🔁 Part Exchange – In Person

You can also visit us in HD4, Huddersfield and exchange your original trims in person for a pre-wrapped Alcantara set.

Subject to availability, you can swap your trims and leave with your replacement set without having to send anything by post.

If your vehicle has “quattro” written on the dashboard trim, please let us know when arranging your appointment so we can ensure the correct Quattro set is available.

🛠 Fitting Service – HD4, Huddersfield

Don’t want to remove and fit the trims yourself?

Select the Fitting Service option at checkout and visit us in HD4, Huddersfield.

We will professionally remove your existing trims and fit the Alcantara replacement set for you.

Fitting is carried out by appointment.

🚗 Mobile Fitting

Mobile fitting is also available for an additional charge.

If you would prefer us to come to you, please contact us before ordering with your postcode and we can confirm availability and provide a mobile fitting price.

Important Part Exchange Information

Your original trims will be inspected before the exchange is completed.

Trims must be genuine, complete and in reusable condition.

They must not have significant damage such as:

• Cracks
• Broken clips
• Missing sections
• Previous repairs that could affect future use
• Other significant damage that would prevent the trims from being reused

If your trims do not meet our exchange requirements, we will contact you before proceeding. The exchange may be declined or an additional charge may apply.

Part exchange sets are subject to availability.
